Last night, Joffrey costumers fitted the all the Nutcracker kids for their party scene costumes. Audrey will be wearing the blue sailor boy costume. Very cute! While they were being fitted, I got to watch the stage crew work on the eloborate sets on the Fox stage. We are all looking forward to opening night.

The week we’ve been waiting for is finally here. Tuesday we have costume fittings and rehearsal. Wednesday rehearsal is onstage at the Fox Theatre. Another wonderful performance

This annual National Dance Week event, usually held outdoors at Union Station, was moved inside today due to thunderstorms, hail, and tornadoes. Despite the severe weather, Midwest Dance Theatre gave a wonderful performance to a very appreciative audience.
