Last week, Archbishop Raymond Burke made a special visit to St. Louis to kickoff the Jubilee Year for the Carmelite Sisters of the Divine Heart of Jesus. A Solemn Pontifical High Mass celebrated by Archbishop Burke at the St. Agnes Home Chapel opened the Jubilee Year.

From September 2009 through September 2010, the Carmelites D.C.J. will celebrate 90 years of service in the Archdiocese of St. Louis, 75 years of service at St. Agnes Home, and 25 years of care provided at the Carmelite Child Care Development Center.
