We started the day by picking 7 volunteer pumpkins from our garden. We’ve already picked 3 or 4 and made two pumpkin pies. What a beautiful bunch of pumpkins! I like the tall skinny one.
Then we headed to Mallard Lake for a picnic and to float our inflatable rafts. We have 2 rafts, so we had to do some switching off so that everyone got a chance. It really is more work than it looks like!
As if the boating wasn’t enough, I was then taken on a wild ride through our yard in the gorilla cart I gave Bob for his birthday. Hope your Labor Day was as much fun as ours.
