Jambalaya!

I am one of five lucky folks who have won a Zatarain’s Jamabalya Throwdown kit from the Catholic Foodie!

The kit includes two boxes of Zatarain’s Jambalaya Mix, an apron, a chef’s hat, and a wooden spoon. Armed with this kit, I will attempt to come up with a fabulous jambalaya recipe to enter in the Zatarain’s Jambalaya Throwdown. Should be fun!
