For about two months now I have totally ignored my blog! I didn’t mean to, and every day goes by and I try to get something posted, but with no luck. I’ve got lots of excuses: a tornado, wedding planning, working part-time, kid’s growing up and moving out, getting ready for a trip to New York . . . you get the idea. I’ve got oodles of excuses! So here I am just touching base and saying hello.

I’m heading to New York in two days for Isabel’s 2nd Rockette Intensive. This time she is one of 10 full merit scholarship winners.  It’ll be a fun week. Isabel’s boyfriend and my mom are also going. You guessed it, I will be ignoring this blog a bit more!

But, when I get home, I promise to be a better blogger. After all, there’s a new homeschool year to plan.
