Very best friend of daughter #2 was in a car accident early this morning. She was taken to the emergency room with lots of cuts, some severe, and bruises. She is having (probably has had by now) plastic surgery on her chin. All x-rays of head/spine came back good. No damage, no broken bones. I was there when the doctor said there wasn’t anything wrong with her that they couldn’t fix! But, still there is lots of pain and nausea due to a concussion. She may be released some time tomorrow. I would appreciate prayers for her and her family.

Thank you so much, Esther! My daughter’s friend did go home this afternoon. I spoke to her on the phone and she sounded good. My daughter is at her house visitng right now. It is just so scary having these young adults driving and the things that can happen in a split second.
Last year, the best fried of daughter #4 was in a car accident and we thought she would never regain conscienceness. She is now walking, although slowly, and back attending classes at our co-op. She does have traumatic brain injury and it has affected her memory and motor skills. Prayer has gotten her as far as she is now, as doctors didn’t give her much hope.
