During Educator Appreciation Week, September 29-October 7, Borders gives a 30% discount to educators. In addition to this, Borders is now offering a Classroom Discount Card for year round savings of up to 25%.

The card is available to individual teachers, from preschool through high school, as well as school librarians and homeschool educators. You’ll save 25% off list price of books and music CDs, and 10% off of DVDs for professional use. Apply at a Borders store. Sign up is free. You’ll need to show proof of educator status when you submit your application. Homeschoolers will need to document certification in those states that require certification.
