Welcome to St. Martha Monday!
What did folks do before they could run to the neighborhood drugstore for remedies for their aches and pains? Somewhere along the way, a wealth of knowledge regarding natural healing and treatments has been lost — replaced by a multitude of worthless commercial products.
I am allergic to chiggers. It’s something that I have had to deal with several times over the last five years, so I can tell you first hand that most of the commercial remedies do not work. My most recent experience led me last week, itching in the early morn, to Chigger-Treament.com. For $7, I instantly downloaded a 19 page e-booklet entitled The Ultimate Chigger Bite Formula, How To Get Rid of Chigger Bites. It contains the following:
Everything You Ever Wanted To Know About Chiggers and Were Afraid To Ask
How To Protect Yourself From Chiggers When In the Field
How To Protect Yourself From Chiggers When Home
How To Protect Your Yard From Chiggers
How To Protect Your Home From Chiggers
What Makes the Chigger Treatment Work?
The Ultimate Chigger Bite Relief Formula
I raced to the final chapter and then to the grocery store for the two simple, inexpensive ingredients. The Ultimate Chigger Bite Relief Formula actually works. Relief, at last. I will not reveal the secret recipe. This guy deserves more than $7 for the info in this booklet. As a bonus I got to download 101 Steps to Better Health. It looks pretty good too, but right now I am concentrating on chigger relief!
I will share a recent durgstore find that does actually relieve the itching: Band-Aid Anti-Itch Gel. They say it is good for poison ivy, oak, and sumac as well.
Saint Martha, pray for us that we might serve Jesus better. Help us to overcome our distractions and worries to listen to his words and be present to him this day. Amen
