Dan Akryod was in St. Louis Wednesday afternoon signing bottles of his new wine. My daughter and her boyfriend went to meet Akryod, and my husband went on the cell phone. He is recounting to Akryod how, years ago, he was almost in an car accident when he spotted Akryod in a New Orlean’s grocery. Here’s their memorable meeting:
